It seems a bit much for me. Council lifts are not good in the CJ-7. He should be more responsible than a lift and has no body. No front fender, it will be prohibited from driving on the roads. AMC-304 engine has a quantity or a couple, and the injection system is great, but the engines last only 60,000 miles on a good day. My 1979 CJ-7 has 86.000 miles on the odometer and twice flew. He is currently receiving a transplant of SBC.
Jeep CJ-7 is great, but hard on the road. If you are buying, holding a shackle reversal kit for the front to improve the ride and handling. 4.10 are fine art on the street and at 4:1 T kicks butt on the floor. SS tires are not good on the road, they warm up and off on long trips (experience has taught me that one)
It seems a lot of bells and whistles that are not replaced for the price of the Jeep, but I've checked it with an off-road shop, before you buy.
